Océ Heritage Foundation (“The Foundation”) provides this website (“OcéMuseum website”) to you on the basis of the following terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”). By accessing any page on the OcéMuseum website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions may be updated by The Foundation from time to time by posting the updated Terms and Conditions to the OcéMuseum website without prior separate notification to you. You must not display or use in any manner The Foundation’s, the Museum’s or Canon’s trademarks or logos without The Foundation’s respectively Canon’s prior written permission.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Netherlands. Disputes arising in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dutch courts.
